This pillow is meant to lay over the back of your chairor recliner for a head/neck rest..It has a flap that goes over the back of your chair which has weights on the bottom to keep it in place, when you get up..The flap is completely lined..and weighted so it stays put.. .it measures appx. 17" long x 10" wide..
