Dichroic glass is glass treated with various metal oxides to make it appear to have many colors. Developed for use in the American space program, dichroic glass is now popular as a jewelry and art material. The name comes from a Greek word meaning "two colors.”

Handcrafted by a California artist, this stunning dichroic fused-glass pendant is 1.5 x 2 inches including the large sterling silver bail. It has a variety of colors to match several outfits red, purple and green. A 36 inch black satin cord is attached.  Some bubbles in glass which is the nature of dichroic glass which is shown in second photo. Unique, bold look.

Matching earring are 1 1/8 inches in length with silver plated bail backs and sterling silver lever backs. Due to the nature of fusing glass, designs do not always match exactly.

Shipping:

Shipping is by USPS and a delivery confirmation. Please contact me if you feel insurance is necessary before purchase. All jewelry over $25 is insured. I will combine shipping on multiple items purchased at one time.

Customer Service:

All items have sterling silver findings including the clasps. The only exception are the sports jewelry beads and charms which are silver plated. A pretty organza gift bag is included with all purchases.   My handcrafted jewelry are one-of-a-kind designs beaded by me.
