A must have for your travel needs this summer. Superb and very rare collectible, an early 1950s genuine very soft leather, hand held trunk style purse or necessaire for your travel needs: jewellery, make-up and perfume bottles, you name it.
Authentic trunk style necessaire, made in Italy and sold through Fleurette of Miami. I have yet to see a second, especially in this mint condition. And decorative too.
Created to emulate the 19Th century travel trunks only in miniature, the necessaire purse is a hardcase, covered in genuine soft lamb leather on the exterior and reinforced with solid metal . Interesting shaped arabesque metal double handle, metal reinforced edges and corners, closes with a secure metal latch (as seen in pictures). The lining is a taupe beige venial (washable) and has a side pocket closing with a fully functional Metal zipper with pull. The upper half opens on both sides, like two halves for ease of access to whatever is stored in the interior. .An authentic beauty/train/travel case or an interesting purse, for the daring fashionsta mixing old and new for a unique and very personal style. Utility and beauty in a unique purse unlike anything you have seen before. AND in superb like new condition. Now that is vintage worth investing in. I forgot to mention, bottom has 4 metal supporting little knob "feet".
Made in Italy, sold through FLEURETTE of MIAMI, label sewn inside.
COLOUR: soft ivory leather, gold metal.
DIMENSIONS: 9 by 6 by 6 " tall.
CONDITION: splendid condition for the age: no damage whatsoever, no scratches on leather or anywhere else, no wear. The brass parts are in perfect condition, with no rust or damage and just enough patina to make it sooo adorably vintage.
Ready to wear, a must have for every travelling fashionista:)

I ship Canada Post, usually AIR MAIL. Other shipping methods also available but not preferred...usually more expensive and subject to too much delay in the US customs.

I ONLY ship insured and to a physical person, NO SHIPPING to corporate addresses, third parties (unless it is a surprise gift) or no name destinations. Make sure your address is correct to save both of us time and frustration.

Shipping to PO BOXES at the Buyer's risk. I decline responsibility if items shipped to PO boxes do not reach the Buyer.

THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM CANADA and promptly! Please allow reasonable TRANSIT TIME to reach your destination, keeping in mind that nobody is in control of customs delays or your local delivery! I appreciate your patience as delays in customs are inevitable.

PICK UP the item from your local post office if it has not been delivered to your door. It is YOUR responsibility. If item is returned because it has not been picked up within the 2 weeks of its arrival, it is your responsibility to pay for the second shipping cost.

Insured ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT will be fully reimbursed ONLY upon reimbursment from the carrier company, NOT BEFORE. I will gladly take immediate steps to report the damage or loss and offer my full support throughout the process.

NOTE! The carrier company ONLY opens lost item investigations after 45 days from the shipping date AND carriers require proof of damage or loss before processing refund. Your private phone number is required by carriers conducting the "lost item" investigation. The reimbursement of insurance for a lost item is a process, requires anytime between 7-30 days depending on the cooperation of your local post office. Once the insurance is paid, I will reimburse the Buyer through Paypal. If the item is reported as "delivered" by your local post office, further requests for refund will be denied...obviously!

If the payment is received Friday or during the weekend, the item will only leave the next business day, Monday. I AM KNOWN AND APPRECIATED by customers FOR IMMEDIATE, SAFE SHIPPING.
