Since I find most of my stuff at thrift stores and garage sales,most of my items are used, with rare exception. I can't really be sure of whether the items were kept in a smoke free or pet free environment.If I think they stink, I will not buy. Once I get them home, they will be in a non smoking home. I do have a cat but she quit smoking years ago.
