A little bit about Stangl White Dogwood...
The White Dogwood pattern was produced by Stangl Pottery from 1965 through 1978. It was known at varying times as both 'White Dogwood,' and 'Dogwood.' There was an earlier Stangl pattern also known as 'Dogwood,' and it was from those original molds that this pattern was produced. The most notable difference between the early and the late Dogwoods is the soft green background glaze found on the later plates. White Dogwood was developed jointly by founder Martin Stangl and beloved designer Kay Hackett.
