Unfortunately, this little beauty has no brand or size tag.  It is a high quality polyester material, with top layer being very sheer black with gorgeous fuschia and pink flowers with an olive green leaf and stem pattern.  The under layer is a nylon feel fully lined black and white dotted swiss pattern.  The neckline is oriental style roman collar with 2 button opening in back (mouse over third photo to see detail of slit faux opening with buttons from neckline to sleeve on left side).  The ankle length hemline is layered, with sheer floral layer about 6 inches longer than underlayer, giving a wonderful floaty flair look.  I've included measurements as there is no sz tag, however I am a size 4 and it fits me wonderfully with extra room in waist and hips, thus the 4/6 listing. Also, there is quite a lot of give to the fabric.  Has light removable shoulder pads.

Bust: armpit to armpit:  18" (x2= 36" bust)

Waist:32/34"

Hips:36"

Shoulder width across back from sleeve to sleeve: 16"
