RETURN POLICY
All my items have a money back return policy except Cell phones and Televisions. All returns must have a Returned Merchandise Number and be in the original package and shipping carton. Any and all refused items will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. PLEASE FOLLOW RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. Failure to follow instructions will incur a 25% restocking fee. Please ask questions before buying to avoid unwanted product. Cell Phones are exchange only for Phones received not working. Signal issues are not covered so please check with your carrier about bandwidth requirements. Televisions that are not working must be returned to manufacturer for repair or replacement. Any exterior damage upon receipt of package please refuse package if possible or contact carrier immediately before opening contents and follow their instructions for returning or claims.
