Quality Inspection and Rating

Functionality
1 – No problems found. Plays with no operating defects. May have very minor drawer scratches.
2 – Has minor scratches or defects on surface. Plays with no operating defects.
3 – Has scratches or defects on surface. Plays with no operating defects. Cassettes may show ageing.
4 – Has scratches or defects on surface. May have minor skips, video breaks, poor audio. Cassettes may show ageing.

Package
1 – Very minor or no defects found. Package has all art work and is in good condition.
2 – Package depicts curled edges and or aged art work.
3 – Package has minor cracks, and or missing art work, and or not in original package.
4 – Package has several cracks, and or missing art work, and or not in original package.

10 Day Inspection Guarantee
NEW UNOPENED MEDIA MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the media product purchased, it may be returned at buyer’s expense for a full refund. No refund will be issued after ten days.
Refund will equal purchase price plus shipping costs that you originally paid.
Sorry, but do to the ease of coping material we cannot refund the shipping costs of returning products to us.
Please send use an email with your concerns and we will issue an RMA number.
No refund will be issued if returned product does not have a RMA number.
If the media does not function at all please send us an email explaining the problem and we will arrange for a full refund of all fees originally paid plus return shipping. For products received damaged see shipping below. All refunds are limited to purchase price and shipping costs except as noted above. CSK Movies Music and Games (a solely owned division of Collections by Sandra Kay LLC) will under no circumstances be liable for damage to your equipment.

Pricing is based on overall rating, rarity of title or artist, plus 50 cent fee charged by Bonanzle.

Shipping

USPS Media Mail is our default shipping method for one unit ordered. If you order multiple items, we will ship by the most cost effective manner we can find. If you intend on purchasing multiple items please email us before placing items in your cart so we can quote shipping costs to you. Multiple orders do qualify for discounts which will be shown in our shipping quote. Because most of the items we offer are one of a kind and nearly impossible to replace we suggest you add insurance to your purchase. Send us an email so we can adjust pricing. We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Shipping costs are actual USPS charges and (if purchased) cost of insurance plus packaging charge. Priority Mail is available, email us for quote.
