Combined shipments, when practical, can be requested for auctions that close within 3 days of each other (please note: when we increase the box size, combined shipping can often be more expensive). Free Pickup from Downtown Tacoma or our other Washington State stores Pickup available from our Downtown Tacoma location. Items are available for pickup from Tacoma one workday after payment, Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 4pm only (closed Mondays & holidays). Free delivery is available to our stores outside the Tacoma City Limits. Allow 1 week for store delivery. You will be called when your item arrives. Please send us a message to request one of these pickup options. Items not picked up within 14 days will be considered a donation and resold.
Return Policy Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact Tacoma Goodwill about any problems within 7 days of receipt. Items are non-refundable unless there was a notable description discrepancy. Approved returns must be received in the same condition as sold. Items which are unclaimed or not-deliverable will be held pending further customer instructions and payment of any additional shipping charges. Items not shipped or picked up within 15 days will be considered a donation and resold.
