I was on the Vaporetto from Venice to one of the little islands, Torcello, and the couple was interesting to me. What was going on? To Torcello is done on 4 panels, each 36 x 36 inches, so the work is six feet square. It is acrylic on stretched canvas, on heavy duty stretchers. The sides are painted, so no frame is needed. The panels are signed and dated on the back. I send a letter of provenance which increases the value of the work. All my artwork is copyrighted by Eleanor Gilpatrick. Copyright is nontransferable through the purchase of artwork.
