The label says in Czech: The First Production Cooperative Tailors Prague-Kutna Hora( a small town south of Prague).

This is a heavy weight wool fabric completely lined in a sateen faint black stripe fabric, sleeves are lined in a flannel, light colored striped fabric. Jacquard covered buttons are a nice detail and the back tail is so nicely tailored! The silhouette curves downward from the front to the back instead of the later art deco sharp cut.

waist width: 17 inches flat across the front
length in front: shoulder to button: 15.5 inches
length in back: 36 inches

condtion is excellent for age! no moth holes found--needs to be dry cleaned.
