The TFG-3540 is a 2 Channel, 40MHz Waveform Generator with a 100 MHz frequency counter in a rugged metal case with rubbery edge guards for extra protection. Channel 1 has 10 bit resolution, and channel 2 has 8 bit resolution. Using Advanced Direct Digital Synthesis, it can create stable, precise, clean and low distortion sine waves. It can produce up to 20MHz square waves (Channel 1), and up to 50KHz linear ramp waves. The TFG-3540 also can generate pulses up to 40MHz (Channel 1), and it can generate complex custom (arbitrary) waveforms from 10mHz to 50kHz (Channel 2).
