For Sale: Two Technics EAS-12PM70S - SB7000 speaker MIDRANGE DRIVER, good sound
Tested and working mids removed from a set of legendary Technics home stereo speakers. Model EAS-12PM70S made in Japan.
Both these mids sounded great in the speakers at all volume levels. Close inspection shows some small tears in the surrounds although the surrounds are not "rotten". Ideally you would want to replace the surround but probably not necessary. Cones have no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing. Huge magnets...
Will also be selling the 15" woofers (need repair), tweeters, crossovers, one front grill, and misc. parts from these speakers in separate listings. The mids need new surrounds but still sounded very good, the tweeters are amazing... The cabinets are currently sitting on my back porch but probably not for much longer. They are not in the best shape but are solid.

I am a one man operation in central NJ and have been a part time reseller, collector, and pack rat for almost 10 years. I usually find my items at local thrift stores, garage sales, flea markets, etc. In the past I used the eBay auction service exclusively but due to their increasingly restrictive policies and lack of protection for sellers I have moved on to other venues. Total feedback on eBay is around 7000 sales with approx. 99.8% positives- seller ID's are available on request. One of my ebay seller ID's is "stereos"- check it out and feel free to contact me through eBay to verify.
The safest way to pay me is with a check with "for deposit only" written on the back, money orders are also OK. In most cases I wait until a check has cleared before shipping. I don't use PayPal because of the chance of fraud and the fees.
International bidders are welcome but make sure you know how you are going to send payment- since I don't use PayPal or credit cards it may be inconvenient. In Canada, Japan, and Australia you can purchase a US Dollar Postal Money order for payment. Any verifiable check or money order that is drawn on a US bank will also be OK.
