You are looking at a very nice copy of the VIP Party Cookbook Vol. 5.  It has a 1983 printing date by the American Cancer Society, Northern Virginia Area.  It has 365 pages in its recipe sections.  It has a few spots were something may have splattered on it and the back cover has a stain, but the inside pages are clean and I did not see any writing in the book.
