This is a large 1940's gold purse with intricate cut-out metalwork, sea shell top, gold leather handle and bottom. Gold moire lined interior with mirror that is beautifully marred from age, and spotting to the lining.
Very good vintage condition, as listed above.

The purse includes original matches from the Lake Merced Country Club and hanky. This is from the estate of one of the (former/deceased) wealthiest single women in San Francisco.
