VINTAGE SWAMP SWIRL BAKELITE BEAD EXTRA LONG NECKLACE
 

Elegant vintage swamp swirl Bakelite graduated necklace, ovoid shaped beads. Gorgeous look. Very nice quality, thick and chunky with rich patina. The color is a lovely marbling of tones. The necklace has an extra huge central bead. In very good to excellent condition. Barrel type clasp in excellent working condition. Vintage link. Please note link is a bit loose so the necklace will probably need to be rethread, sold "as is".

This necklace has tested positive for vintage traditional Bakelite : yellow residue on the Q-tip when using 409 and Simichrome polish + distinctive vintage Bakelite aroma when using warm running water. We guarantee its authenticity and its age.

Origin : Europe circa 1950's.

Dimensions :  Length : 35" (89 cm) - beads : from 1" 1/8 to 3/8 diameter (2,9 to 1,0 cm).

Weight = 140g.
