This is just the neatest little vintage candy tin! It's a vintage 1958 Mrs. Leland's Butter Bits tin can with a cotton-candy pink plastic lid. Measures 5" in diameter and 4.5" tall when you measure to the top of the knob on the lid. It's decorated with a picture of the sweetest little town - and old church and horse-drawn carriage and all that fun stuff, in shades of lavender and green and pink. The tin is in truly wonderful condition for its age - I could find no serious flaws or signs of wear, just a few very tiny scratches that are only visible upon close inspection. That little piece of metal you see on the bottom is where a key used to be attached that was used to open the can. The pretty pink lid looks great, too - no problems there at all. Displays beautifully. Very cool!
Asking $5.00 obo. Everything I have listed for sale is "or best offer", so feel free to make an offer.
Please note that I am primarily a local seller in the north Phoenix area, with items available for pickup and cash accepted as payment. But don't run away yet! I do offer shipping on most of my items, and I'm almost always willing to work something out if you really want an item shipped. So just ask me!
I sell a huge variety of stuff to supplement my income and help me continue helping young people in need (you can see my profile for more on that if you like). Some items come from flea markets or estate sales, some from around our home, and many items are donated to me. So, the variety really can be vast and unpredictable. Please check back often, because you really never know what I will have from one day to the next!
Thanks for visiting and have a great day!
**A SPECIAL NOTE TO MY LOCAL (PHOENIX AREA) VISITORS: Please disregard shipping costs shown, as you do NOT need to pay any shipping or handling charges. Local pickup for all items is not only allowed, but encouraged! Please contact me to make arrangements for pickups. :)
