Lovely round brooch with an oval porcelain cabochon decorated with a decal/transfer of a victorian woman wearing a hat. The frame of the brooch is wrapped with alternating rows of yellow seed beads and gold tone chain. Each side has a gold tone leaf accent. Brooch measures approx. 2-1/4" x 2-1/4". There is a small white spot on the upper right side (see last pic) but other than that it's in excellent vintage condition.
