These decoupaged handmade figural pierced earrings measure approximately 1 ½ inches tall and ¾ of an inch wide. I believe they are made from wood with a decoupage layered coating or finish of clear glossy resin enamel or lacquer on the front. The gloss gives them a very shiny appearance. Each cat has gold rhinestone eyes and a red rhinestone mouth. The backs are a solid black and signed M © in gold. They are extremely light weight, you won't even know they are there. These are probably from the 1980s.

These are in excellent vintage condition. One of the ears has a flat top appearance to it instead of being rounded or pointed (see pictures). It is not broken or chipped, it was made that way and the photo seems to accent it.

These would be great for any cat lover. They are a fun and one of a kind pair of earrings.
