Vintage 80s cloisonne base blue,  enamel bangle bracelet. Measuring 2 1/2" across the inside. That means that if your wrist measures 2 1/2" across the top, then the bangle will fit. The width is 1/4". The circumference on the inside is approx. 8". No chips or cracks in the enamel.
