WRONG or DAMAGED PRODUCT

• Please e-mail photographs that show the damage to both the item and packing materials or that illustrate the part number or other significantly different features than what we advertised. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect item, retain the item and all packaging and notify us ASAP.

RETURNS

• Returns are ONLY accepted on items that have been damaged in transit or items received which do not match the descriptions given in our listings.

• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original packaging for a full refund. Please e-mail us ASAP to notify us before the return.

• Shipping fees (when applicable) will not be refunded.
