Vintage HAJI Tin Toy WESTERN HERO Mechanical Windup Cowboy & Horse Collectible Japan

• mechanical windup cowboy on horseback from Haji of Japan
• circa 1950's-1960's
• name of the toy is "WESTERN HERO"
• constructed of tin, although the reins are gold color cloth cord and the horse's ears are rubber
• mechanical windup function causes the horse to buck his rider as the toy moves forward
• cowboy has tin revolver in his right hand and holds gold reins in his left hand
• "Haji Japan" is printed on the left side of the saddle's top
• windup key is located on the horse's underside and is not removable

Size: approximately 8" long x 7" tall.

Condition: This is in very good vintage condition.  The mechanical action works well & needs no repair.  The horse's rubber ears are intact, and the cloth reins are in great condition. There is some minor paint wear under the cowboy's boots where the bucking action rubs the saddlepad. There are some minor scratches throughout the piece but the majority are the underside of the horse. There is no original box.
