More about this item
Beautifully hand carved with its own case made to fit the Pipe. The history of the Meerschaum is quite interesting, going back to the 1600's. If you would like to read more about the history of the Meershaum Pipe please click on the link at the end of the pictures.
This pipe is only 4-3/8" long. It comes in the original case.
Condition: Very Good Overall Length: 4-3/8"" Height of Bowl - 1-5/8" Chamber inside diameter -11/16" Chamber outside length - approx. 1-1/8" Stem: Very Good, no teeth marks, very light wear.
The stem screws into the shank and is somewhat loose, can easily be repaired. The rest of the Pipe is in excellent condition! Both of the Pipes listed were obtained from an elderly gentleman who said he once had a collection of Pipes and these date back about 50 years. I cannot confirm that but this is what he told me.
Dear Potential Buyer,
I had a buyer leave some feedback that was full of untruths and it brought my rating way down. You cannot read the feedback he left because Bonanza has removed what he said but the rating still stands. Please be assured if you buy from me I will make every effort to make certain you are happy with the item. |
