This vintage 3 in 1 floral tapestry handbag is by L and M Bags by Edwards. The outside panel is floral tapestry that you may unsnap at the end of the frame, to display a black fabric and the outer side a black vinyl finish. Black background with burgundy, green, gold, yellow and white floral pattern. Silver tone frame with clear lucite handle. Interior is black with 1 wall pocket.

The label (faded but legible) is stamped in gold tone on the interior fabric lining of the handbag. It reads L and M over a crown, and under the crown Bags By Edwards, Made in USA and patent number.

L & M New York stands for Lawy and Mund; this company boasted in ads from the 1950's that their purses were "nationally advertised in Vogue".

This classic bag is clean, with minor wear and in very good condition.
