This is a lovely vintage bust of a Hawaiian or Polynesian woman with a bright reddish orange Hibiscus flower in her jet black hair. She has a lovely demur expression on her face with beautiful facial features. She has pouty lips almost the same color as the flower and gorgeous bedroom brown eyes. She displays beautifully. The ceramic/porcelain/chalkware bust measures approximately 9 inches tall and 6 inches wide. I'm not sure what the material is, I have seen it described as all of the above. I'm sure you will know better than I do. She is similar in style to Marwal, could be the Lego Holland Mold, but she is unmarked as to maker. She is signed on the bottom “Mildred Harris 1970”.

This beautiful Hawaiian girl head or bust is in excellent vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. The colors are bright with great detail. There are no chips, cracks or damage that I can see. There is a very tiny little scratch in the black paint on the back of her head. Her skin has that satiny look to it, the envy of any make up artist. She is one of the prettiest I have seen in color and expression.

This would be a great fit for your Tiki Bar and the Hawaiian art décor. Great for that tropical look to bring a touch of the Islands to any room.
