This is a gorgeous unsigned but well recognized Juliana DeLizza & Elster vintage flower pin or brooch. The flower is shaped and curved to look like a real flower. In the center is a large Aurora Borealis chaton rhinestone with lots of color. Surrounding it are 9 marquise shaped long open-back unfoiled aqua turquoise colored stones. The stones are all prong-set in goldtone metal. The stem is made of small aqua rhinestones with a reinforcement wire running down the back. The leaves consist of another Marquise stone and a wire over leaflet with eyelets on the back. There are 5 more rhinestones above the leaf.

It is in excellent vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged pictures. It measures 3 3/8 long. The flower is 1 1/2 inches in diameter. The back has a safety closure. It is a very 3 dimensional brooch. In the 1960s when this was made, Juliana jewelry was sold with paper hang tags or on disposable display cards and was never marked. Juliana made many flower brooches in various colors. This one is a stunning turquoise blue, like the water it is framed by. It is a substantial piece of jewelry and weighs .7 ounces on my Postage Scale, which translates to 19.84 grams.
