This is an unusual Kramer set.  The pieces feature gold tone metal, which bears blue enamel.  The set is embellished with a mixture of rhinestones, simulated pearls and glass beads in an unusual eclectic combination, not in the usual Kramer style.  The brooch measures 2 3/4" down and 1 1/2" across.  the clasp back earrings measure 1" down.  The stones and beads are nice, but the enamel is chipped in a few places.   

PayPal only please.  I do not ship outside the US.  Vintage pieces may show some wear.  Items sold are as is.  Please review pictures for more detail.  I have a smoke free environment and all the pieces are clean and ready to wear.   I will happily combine shipping.
