This is such a beautiful vintage sterling silver Navajo ring, signed by the artist M. Haley in block letters on the inside of the band. Although I wasn’t able to find out anything about the artist, you can see the attention to detail and sturdy construction indicative of a true artisan. It’s really fabulous, with 2 oval coral stones and 1 round turquoise one, set in hand cut serrated bezels, everything encircled with chisel chased feather adornments, a twisted wire accent, and silver “beads” placed strategically throughout. The band is separated to give an airy balance to the large decorative part. The only marking is the name in block letters, but my Aunt purchased it from a dealer in the 1970s who assured her it was indeed sterling.

The ring is size 5.5, the decorative top is 1-1/2” x 1/2” (at its wider points by the feathers), and although they vary ever so slightly in size, the coral stones are 5 x 9 mm and the turquoise one is 8 mm across.

Condition is fantastic, nothing beyond normal wear for the age.
