This is a great looking Collectible and Vintage Olympic US Shooting Team Official Sponsor Belt Buckle, that measures approx 3 1/2" X 2 1/4", and is marked on the back XXIV OLYMPIAD, SEOUL, KOREA, SEPTEMBER 17, 1988 TO OCTOBER 2, 1988,  and weighs approx. 88 grams.   Loop measures approx. 1 3/4".     Neat Buckle!
