Vintage Shot Measure For Gun Cartridge Loading. (1 of 3).

This is a vintage gunpowder shot measure. It measures 5-1/4" long. It has a wooden handle and metal measuring device at the end. The measuring cup has a device on the bottom reducing the cup volume. There are 2 measures: 1 oz., 2-1/2 DRS (see photo 2). THIS IS NOT A TOY. NOT FOR USE BY CHILDREN UNDER 12. Markings on bottom: PAT. Feb. 25, 1890.
