I didn't know what category this belonged in. It is a vintage candy container that I believe is German.

It is 6 1/2" tall. Cardboard with spun cotton on top, wooden beak, metal wire legs. The one wing lifts up to put candy in its body. A very small amount of the black on the wings spread to the white part but still displays beautifully.

A price is stamped on its underside in a circle but I can't read it. Probably 29 cents but don't know for sure.
