Loose-fitting, lined, below hip jacket has padded shoulders and long sleeves.  Semi-fitted blouse has padded shoulders, fold-back facings and above elbow sleeves.  Semi-fitted, tapered skirt, below mid-knee or slightly tapered pants have elastic waist.  Skirt has back hem slit.
