REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Seller will gladly accept an item for return on one of the following conditions.

BUYER DECIDES THEY DO NOT WANT THE ITEM - A refund will be issued to Buyer's Paypal Account, LESS ALL shipping & handling fees (both original and return expenses) PLUS a 25% restocking fee, All items returned must be insured with tracking and original receipts supplied to Seller and mailed back within 3 days. Returned items must include all original packaging, boxes, labels and paperwork as it was received.

INSURED ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING - If damage has incurred during shipping and the Buyer has paid for insurance then Buyer must report damage to Seller within 2 days of receipt of the item. All original outer packaging must be with item damaged when Buyer makes their claim at the post office. UPS claims will be handled by Seller, however, item is to be held by Buyer with all original packaging & labels for UPS to retrieve. I repeat - All items are inspected prior to shipping to be verified as to condition of sale by third party inspection prior to packaging & shipping.
