Manual press juicer. Complete with original strainer.
This vintage fruit press is in excellent working condition.
Just as useful today as it was in the 1930's.
It was used to extract juice from any juicy fruit, probably most often for orange juice

(logo in a circle with stars)
Made by The Aluminum Cooking Utensil Company (TACUCO)
The patent number D86217 was issued February 16, 1932.
Wear-Ever has been a brand of aluminum cookware from 1903 to the present.
"The Aluminum Cooking Utensil Company" became Alcoa about 1925.
Size: about 9.5 inches tall (with handle down); base about 9.25 inches long, 4.5 inches wide.
Condition: Excellent. Has all of its parts. Original feet and strainer.
Some oxidation from age.
I have had this juicer for several years, and it was old when I bought it.
After research, I believe it to be from the 1930's, but could not find a definite
record of the date when this particular logo was no longer used.
[The 1919 logo had periods with the initials TACUCO, which this one does not.]
