Most are antiques, so please keep in mind that these items are gently used and are sold as is.
We ship worldwide via USPS. Tracking numbers will be available to applicable destinations.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following payment authorization.
Items shipped from the US typically reach most countries within 15 to 20 business days; however, delivery times may vary depending upon distance of destination, customs, or other factors and may take up to 30 days.
If the item is not received within 14 business days, please contact us for an investigation of the shipping issue. If buyer refuses or neglects retrieval of parcel and/or fails to contact us regarding shipping or other related issues within this time frame, buyer shall assume all responsibility and will then forfeit any/all rights to return the item for a refund.
International buyers will be responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, and/or import tax which may apply.
Chargebacks are not recommended after shipment of items as information regarding each and every transaction is retained as evidence to prevent chargeback related issues. Please be advised that buyer assumes responsibility for shipping, chargeback, and other related fees upon their decision to pursue chargeback.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and return the item in undamaged, untampered with condition within 7 days of retrieval to receive a refund (buyer assumes return shipping cost). Refunds are only applicable to buyers who retrieve and inspect parcel within allowable time frames as mentioned in our shipping policy.
If item is damaged during shipping, please contact us for further instructions regarding USPS claims to receive a refund. A photograph of damages incurred during shipping is exceedingly helpful when filing claims for a refund but is not required. If buyer cannot provide photos of damages, the item must be returned with proof of return shipping cost in order to receive a full refund for both the item and return shipping.
