- Wheatonware Amber Spooner
- Circa 1970
Wheatonware was sold through a home party plan in the 1970's. It was made by a division of Wheaton Industries known for making be best medical glass that could be found. They branched out and sold Wheatonware through a home party plan as Tupperware did. I have searched the Internet and not found any other pieces like I have so I am assuming they are pretty rare. I have three pieces all together and all will be sold separately. This piece is called a spooner and has the same sawtooth pattern as the celery/relish dish I also have posted. It is in mint condition! It is 3 1/2 inches tall and about 4 inches in diameter. Thanks! See my other 2 Wheatonware pieces! A moon and stars compote and a relish/celery dish. Thanks!
