Fascinating old stamp collection. 1,498 genuine unduplicated stamps entered into album from 107 countries/territories/occupations. Some of these stamps are so old that the countries no longer exist.  This album gives a real snapshot of the world between 1893 and 1957.

Stamps start with the U.S. 1893 Columbian Exposition and shows many U.S. antique stamps. 

The album goes through 1957, throughout the world. 

The collection seems to have been abandoned sometime in the 1960s, as there are loose stamps from that period too (not counted in album total). 

There are also many open spaces for you to add more.

Stamps in very good condition.  Some are put in with small tabs, others glued in.  Many cancelled.  Many uncancelled. 

Plus loose stamps in the album that may be duplicates or there was not an identifiable spot to put them.  There are also some loose stamps going into the 1960s. These are all in addition to the 1498 posted to the album.

Album a bit musty from long storage.
