This is a framed and double matted print of Littlest Mermaid. It is signed in the plate by Wyland and Jim Warren and is dated 1994.

Background
This painting from which this print was made was created by both Wyland and Jim Warren. Jim Warren likes to use his children as models in his paintings, and the Littlest Mermaid depicts Jim's daughter Drew.

Size and Description
The print itself measures 6.625 inches wide by 9.25 inches high in the mat. Print is matted & framed under glass.  Double mat has a large white border surrounding a thin border of dark blue. The frame is made of a light color wood and has an outside measurement of 12.375 inches wide by 15.375 inches high by .5 inches deep from front to back. A picture hanger is mounted on the center of the top of the frame. 

Back of frame is uncovered and reveals a cardboard back secured with fold-over metal mounts.

Condition
This estate item is in very good condition. Neither print nor mat appear to be sunned; white colors are quite bright. Glass is clean and free of deep scratches. The frame does have some small dents and imperfections.
