Very Easy to use and setup.
There is no static sound on any of the sliders.
All Buttons (switches) are in perfect working order.
There are some minor scratches on this unit. Nothing that impedes performance.
And the face plate is in Very Good Condition (check out the pictures) Very Little to No Scratches.
Sorry, no manual, But very easy to hook up.
