This is a late 1800's glass preserves or canning jar lid. It weighs 2.8 ounces and is 7.5 cm in diameter with a 6.5 cm inside lip. the thickness is 15 mm. Other than airbubbles there are no markings. There is one fleck on the outside rim which is the only marring. It is smooth and dips down towards the top center.
