Features beige colored base with brown side strips, two silver bars along middle to hold cards upright, adjustable silver metal stand on bottom to raise and lower base, and four black rubber knobs on bottom for support.

Letter card tabs A-Z are black; subject card tabs are red (Emergency), blue (Restaurants), green (Family), yellow (Friends), orange (Medical) and purple (Babysitter).

Good condition with light wear in some areas of base and divider tabs. Imprint on bottom is partly faded and reads:
