Plaid wool cape by famous Belgium Designer, Olivier Strelli. The colors are rich mustard, tartan red, black white, and gray. The fabric feels like wool and chenille mix and has a corduroy texture to it. There are wide kimono type sleeves, large enough to slip a belt into and buckle in the front. There are pockets at the lower hip on each side. Slip a brooch on at the neckline and wear it closed, leave it open or belt it. The condition is excellent. This is a design that he did for Angels Airlines in the 70's.
