Q. I can’t find the Advanced booth options page and I need to set up more categories. Please help!
A. Sounds like you might have a quick-text message open that might be blocking the view of the tabs. At the end of the quick-text message you will see a “Close” option. Click on that and you should then clear the message which is blocking the tabs.

Q. I want to open a second booth to separate the products I sell. How/where do I accomplish this? Can I move items from one booth to another to separate them? Thanks!

A. To open a second booth you will need another email address. Once you have that, log out of your current account, and then instead of logging back in, click “register” on the top right of the page.

Once you create the new booth it’s simplest to have 2 browser windows open to copy your account information from one to the other. You can use the same Paypal and Google Checkout accounts for both booths.

Some browsers only allow you to have one ID open at once, if you run into that you can try two different kinds of browsers (for example IE & Firefox), most find that works.

There isn’t a way to directly move items from one booth to another, most find that having 2 browsers open and copy/paste works well.

Q- Where is the link to import from Etsy?
A- Go to your sell page and then you can click on the “Etsy” where it says: “Other things to try: Import items from eBay or Inventory file or Etsy”

Q- Please help..Where is the link to create my only Facebook page? Do i need to sign up for a page and then add my products? Or can Import my products from Bonanza to Facebook?..Thanks for your help..:o)
A- You will need to set up an account on Facebook before you can post your booth or items there. Once that is completed, stay logged in and open Bonanza on a new tab. From My Bonanza>view booth you can click on the “post to Facebook” link to post the entire booth. From an individual item you can click on the Facebook icon to post just that item.
