How do I establish credibility on Bonanza?

  • Import your feedback from eBay. If you have a track record for delivering on your promises, you'll generally engender high trust.
  • Fill out your profile.
  • Log in regularly, spend some time hanging out in your booth, getting to know your buyers personally. Even if you aren't in your booth, future buyers that visit will see how you've spoken in previous chats, and will get a sense that you exist and are credible based on your conversations.

Establishing credibility with buyers especially as a new seller takes some time. As with everything establishing credibility takes a committment to deliver quality products and on time. Follow-up with buyers who wish to purchase items from your booth is essential and the very back-bone of every business. Ensuring that you say what you mean and mean what you say. If you are a trustworthy person people would want to buy from you. Participating in on-line chats would verify your personality to future buyers as well as sellers.

Q-Most of my buyers don’t leave feedback. Is there a way to contact them to verify that they got the package? Or are we just to email them?

A- You could use tracking on your shipping for verification. Email and Bmail are always great tools as well. Maybe just shoot them a customer service message hoping they received the package OK and are happy with their item, and ask them, if so, to leave feedback for you so that other buyers can buy with confidence.

Just an addition to jjsgems question…

You can make business cards and send them with your packages. On the back of them leave a gentle reminder for them to leave you feedback.

I have found this works for me when I buy and receive packages with them in it. Not only will they remember to leave feedback for you but they will also remember you when they want to buy something again.
