What is a pre-scheduled pickup?
The seller can list times when they will be available at the item's pickup location. For example, a buyer might write that they are available every night from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m (like Homer Simpson at Moes).
These times form the basis for buyers being able to search for items that will be ready to pick up within a given time frame. For many buyers, the time until the item can be picked up is as important a consideration as price and quality of the item. By pre-scheduling pickup times, you give yourself a leg up on other sellers who give the buyer no indication of when their items might be acquirable.
As a buyer, you'll generally need to touch base with the seller before picking up the item to figure out where to meet.
