How Do I Pay My Bonanza Fees?

For items that you sell, you'll be billed once monthly. You can currently pay with Paypal or a credit card. We don't have the ability to accept check or money order payments at this time, but you can use any old credit card through either Paypal. You'll receive a monthly email summarizing what you owe Bonanza.

All Bonanza sellers are required to have a valid credit card on file for payment of your seller fees.  Sellers will have the option to use PayPal to pay for seller fees (PayPal option will show starting the 1st of the month, until the 5th of the month, and it will also show when you near the limits mentioned below), which will be visible as a payment option on your fees owed page.  If your seller fees are not paid manually by the 5th of each month, Bonanza will automatically charge the credit card that you have on file.

Please note:  New sellers who have less than 3 months of successful final value fees paid will have their final value fees automatically charged to the card on file each time their final value fees reach $ 25.00.  All other sellers will have their final value fees automatically charged to the card on file each time their final value fees reach $ 100.00.

Q. I quit eBay because they forced sellers to use PayPal. Why should I have to use it here? Or Google? Why can’t I put a credit card on file with Bonanzle to use to pay monthly fees?
A. You can use a credit card via our “Automatic Payments.”

Q. Help, I’m new here and trying to figure out how to pay my Bonanzle fees. Is there somewhere on the site I need to click that I can’t seem to find?
A. Once your fees are due you will see a “Fees Due” link appear in your My Bonanzle window.

Q. What does it mean you will be billed once monthly? What if I do not sell anything, will I still be billed?
A. We only charge fees when you make a sale. Therefore, if you do not sell any items you will not be billed.

Q. Is it reasonable to assume that ( in the not too distant future ) one could pay ( the fees due ) with a money order or check?
A. Perhaps but it would take a lot more elves than we currently have. Stay tuned

Q. How can I get my Bonanzle fees back for incomplete sales?
A. Non paid Offers will expire automatically (1-2 weeks, you choose when you receive the offer) and your account will be refunded the seller fees and the item re-listed. All other scenarios should be reported to support@bonanzle.com along with the details of the transaction.

Q. Can I use a debit card?
A. So long as your debit card is held by Visa or MC you should be able to use it just like a credit card.

Q. Under “Fees owed” I have a check mark saying I am not past due and a no payment needed at this time. But I have fees that have not been paid since September. I am trying to find the place to pay them.
A. Fees are due each month provided you have at least $ 3.00 due. Otherwise the balance will remain until you hit the $ 3.00 due minimum. When you do, you will see a link on your My Bonanzle page, “Fees due, but we can help you fix that.” When clicked you will open the window to pay your fees.

Q. I see people setting up their Bonanzle to pay for fees with a credit card, but I want to use Paypal. How do I do that?
A. Go to your “My Bonanzle” page and click “Fees Owed”. If you owe fees you will see a Paypal and Google Checkout button near the top of the page. You can click one of those to do a one-time payment or set up automatic payments with the link just below the payment buttons.

Q. How do I change the credit card on file?
A. From your “My Bonanzle” page go to “Fees Owed”. Click on the “See recurring billing information” link in the “Make a Payment” section. You can change your card information at any time, even if you don’t currently owe fees.
Q. I looked and the recurring billing informtion is not on that page. Is it possible it is not showing because my booth is currently on vacation as I am in the process of relocating?
A. If you have a Credit Card on file you should have the “recurring billing information” link even if your booth is on vacation. If you don’t have one on file all the payment options links will become live the next time you owe fees, and you can add a card then.

Q-Can I list more than 6 items in my booth if I don’t have a membership?

A- Absolutely! The number of items you are allowed to have in your booth does not change as a paying/non-paying member.
