Topic: Buying Topics

What do I do when I receive an offer?

First: Celebrate. Second: Respond to the buyer by accepting, countering, or rejecting the offer. We will inform you whether the offer you received conflicts with any offers you already have -- that is, if this offer has items in common with other offers. If it does, then accepting the offer will automatically cancel those conflicting offers.

If you choose to accept the offer, you enter into a binding agreement with the buyer that you will deliver (via shipping or pickup) to the buyer the items in the offer after receiving payment.

If you choose to make a counteroffer, you will be allowed to specify a counteroffer price, and to break out how much of that price is specifically for shipping. Why specify an exact shipping amount in my counteroffer? The buyer will be notified of your counteroffer and may choose to accept or reject it.

After you complete a transaction, both buyer and seller will be given the opportunity to give each other feedback on the transaction.

Q. When will I find out when my payment has cleared? I have just accepted my first offer ever!
A. First give yourself a high-five, that is so cool! If you log into your account at the company who facilitated the payment you will be able to confirm the payment. A payment confirmation number will also be visible on the transaction at Bonanzle but that is only for reference.

Q. I got a notice that I had an offer made but I can’t find where to see that offer. Where do I go to find the offer made?
A. Provided the buyer has not canceled the offer, you will be able to view the offer on your My Bonanzle page under “Selling Activity.”

Q. Is there a tracking number on the items that I buy?
A. Depending on the shipping method used individual sellers may be able to provide you with a tracking number. Click on “Items Bought” on your “My Bonanzle” page and look for a tracking number on the bottom of the transaction record.

Q. If I accept an offer, do I have to send an invoice to be paid? or will it be done automatically?
A. Whichever you prefer – it depends on your settings in Account Settings>>Seller Settings
