  Life is a journey; let us introduce you to ours.

  Let’s begin by introducing ourselves and giving you a little history of how we got here. We are a husband and wife team that started by collecting a few gems. That part of our journey began about 10 years ago. Since that time, life has thrown us a few curves, and well, we have overcome them and it has brought us to where we are today.

  In 2005, Sean was injured while working his regular job and that injury left him in a situation where he was only able to lift 2 pounds with his right arm. That injury left him with a lot of idle time (and if you know him, idle time is not acceptable!) so he turned his interests to jewelry making. As a metal fabricator his whole life, this just became another form of metal for him to create with. And create he has done and done quite well!

  He has taught himself the techniques of gem faceting, wax carving, casting, making molds, soldering, sizing, setting and wire wrapping. He has immersed himself into learning as much as he can about each unique skill required to create fine handcrafted jewelry. Each piece he creates reflects his skill, knowledge and caring of the art of jewelry making and the desire to create the most beautiful unique piece of handmade jewelry.

  What began as something to occupy his time during rehabilitation has turned into a full time venture! He has retired from his job and now devotes all his time to creating and bringing beautiful jewelry to you. We pride ourselves in being a Grandma and Papa shop that allows us to help raise our grandkids and hopefully will be able to pass these skills and the love of the art of jewelry making to our grandchildren so they make take over if and when we both retire on a full time basis.

  In addition to making jewelry we are also a racing family. Sean has an extensive history of motorcycle and auto racing. He has raced superbikes, stock cars, modifieds, sprint cars, and super unlimited. He has received several championships and is teaching this skill to the grandkids too! They are starting out in go karts and having a blast!

  While my involvement is not as much day to day as I still work full time, I try and keep tabs on the latest styles and techniques Sean is learning and developing. There is always something new he is willing to try.
