  Black Ribbon Society's Booth Policies:

  Payment:We Accept GOOGLE CHECKOUT & PAYPAL (as they are the most secure, easy and fast methods)

  Shipping: We usually ship via USPS using the most inexpensive method to lessen the cost to you. We also provide complimentary insurance on items $30 and up (does not include the Cost of Shipping).

  Shipping service "add-ons" (delivery confirmation, etc.) can be happily fulfilled upon request/writing. Any Shipping "add-ons" are to be paid for by the purchaser.

  How long might it take for items to ship-out?: It may take up to 3 days for orders to ship, but we aim to get them out as soon as possible.

  Refunds and Exchanges: We are happy to refund all purchases within a week of their arrival to you. Please write us to let us know that you will be sending the item back. Please state the Reason for the return in your e-mail or Etsy Convo. Return-Shipping-Cost is to be paid by the Buyer.

  Upon receiving the item we will issue you the refund promptly thereafter.
