Thank you so much for stopping by to visit with me for a moment..I am so glad you came!!
I am a real person...I am not some huge " Big Box " store...
I was a Banker for 25+ years,in supervision and management..Suffering from a serious case of BURN-OUT,I retired to sell real estate..I found out 2 years later that was a frustrating career choice and went back to banking for a while..I also became a Mary Kay "lady" and 5 years later,made another career change..Well,long story made much,much shorter,I went to work at a New Age bookstore..That was an experience - lots of negative vibes from fellow co-workers...sheesh...wonderful customers though...And then.......
My dear hubby of almost 40 years decided it was time to give up the " big house " in the city and move back to the family property in tiny town..We have been doing-it-ourselves for years and the house is liveable now,although on Mother's Day 2003,we were swiped big time by a tornado..What a set-back!..Soooooo much work had to be done over..Of course the best part of it all - no bodily harm to any of us..(I woke up because the roof was gone and it was raining on me)....God is so good..
I love books and have tons of them..I am an avid reader,crafter,clothing designer and shopaholic...I have "stuff" or more accurately,I should say that I am abundantly blessed..My cup runneth over!!!( my houses too!!!)..I am using the Bonanza platform to distribute (sell inexpensively) lots of my many treasures - and anything else I think a fellow treasure seeker may want..
I became "grammaqueen" to grandson's in May 2004 and March 2007 and June 2011,thanks to my one and only son - fondly nick-named "the prince toad"..Gosh...time flies,seems he was just a tadpole only yesterday..
